Healing Does Not Look the Same For Everyone
Healing is not always dramatic.
Sometimes it is finally understanding why you keep doing something. Sometimes it is realizing you have been trying to fix something that is simply finished.
Sometimes it is setting a boundary and actually holding it when someone gets angry.
Sometimes it is admitting that you changed your mind. Sometimes it is grieving something you thought you were already over. Sometimes it is realizing the “block” you have been trying to clear for three years is actually that you do not want the thing anymore.
And sometimes healing is not doing more healing work.
Sometimes you have done enough for now and need to go live your life.
We believe there is room for all of that.

Mystic Within grew out of friendship, healing work, and a lot of conversations about what we wanted to create next. We bring different perspectives and ways of working, and that range is part of what we want this space to offer.
We provide individual sessions, group experiences, circles, workshops, and ritual. Depending on what feels right for you, sessions may include intuitive guidance, energy healing, sound healing, crystal work, shamanic practices, curanderismo, Jewish mystical and folk practices, rootwork, spiritual clearing and protection, meditation, and guided inner work.
We are also deliberately moving away from guru culture. People often come to healing work when they are vulnerable, and we believe practitioners need to be responsible with the influence that comes with that.
We will tell you what we see and sense, and offer tools, questions, and support, but we are not here to run your life. We do not believe “Spirit told me” ends the conversation, that questioning a practitioner means you are blocked, or that healing should make you dependent on the person helping you.
You still get to think, question, disagree, and decide what is right for you.
Services
A lot of people do not know what kind of support they need. They just know they feel stuck, something keeps repeating, they are facing a change, or they do not feel like themselves.
You do not need to choose a modality before you come in.
Start with: “Here’s what is going on.” That is enough.
