What We Beleive
Mystic Within grew out of years of friendship, healing work, and conversations about the kind of space we wished existed.
We wanted work that could go deep without becoming dramatic. We wanted intuition without someone acting like they have all the answers. We wanted room for energy, sound, crystals, ceremony, shamanic practice, curanderismo, folk and traditional healing, practical conversation, and honest questions.
And we did not want to build it around guru culture. That means:

About Bayla
Dr. Bayla is a business strategist, intuitive, psychic healer, and mystic with more than 25 years of experience helping people and organizations see patterns, make decisions, and change what is no longer working.
She holds degrees in Organizational Development and. clinical. psychology and brings that background into the way she works with people: looking at what is happening, what is underneath it, and what may need to shift.
Her spiritual training includes Hawaiian shamanism, Jewish mysticism, rootwork, advanced crystal healing, belief clearing, intuitive and psychic work, energy healing, meditation, ceremony, spiritual clearing, and protection practices.
She is a Certified Advanced Crystal Healer, Certified Belief Clearing Practitioner, and a Work Your Light™ Certified Guide.
Bayla is direct. She will tell you what she sees, but she is not interested in becoming the authority on your life. The goal is to help you get clearer, trust yourself more, and make your own choices.
About Yvonne
Yvonne Williams Casaus, LPCC, RPT-S, is a licensed professional clinical counselor, Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor, healer, and spiritual practitioner who brings both clinical experience and traditional healing work into the way she supports people.
Her background gives her a strong understanding of patterns, emotions, relationships, trauma, and change, while her spiritual training allows her to work beyond conversation when that feels useful and appropriate.
Yvonne has studied Hawaiian shamanism, curanderismo, sound healing, energy work, meditation, ceremony, and other spiritual and traditional healing practices. She brings these approaches together thoughtfully, without treating every issue as something that needs a spiritual explanation.
Yvonne creates a grounded, supportive space for people to explore what is happening, reconnect with themselves, and find their own way forward.
She offers guidance and support without taking over the decisions that belong to you.
Traditions & Respect
We draw from more than one spiritual and traditional healing path. We do not pretend those traditions are interchangeable or came from nowhere.
When we name curanderismo, Jewish mystical or folk practices, rootwork, or shamanic traditions, we want to be honest about the history and context of the work and the actual training and relationship of the practitioner offering it.
Our Old Town Home
Mystic Within is located upstairs at The High Vibe Hive in Plazuela Sombra, 323 Romero Street NW, Suite 9, in Historic Old Town Albuquerque.
The courtyard has a long history of independent shops, makers, artists, galleries and folk-art businesses. We like that Mystic Within is beginning in a place that already has a history of art, creativity and unusual things tucked behind adobe walls.
Visits are by appointment or scheduled event.
