Service Description

You do not have to have it all figured out before you ask for help. A lot of people do not know what kind of support they need. They just know they feel stuck, something keeps repeating, they are facing a change, or they do not quite feel like themselves. You do not need to choose a modality before you come in. Start with: “Here’s what is going on.” This option includes a 15–30 minute consultation and a separate one-hour session for $222. During the consultation, we will talk about what is happening, what you are looking for, and what kind of support may make sense. Your one-hour session is then scheduled separately and shaped around what came up in that conversation. When you are ready to schedule, please choose your practitioner from the drop-down menu.
